A common field in trade mark law is the application of marks, which begins with the first test of protectability. If at all the DPMA (German Patent and Trademark Office) complains something about the mark, the objections are mostly about a lack of the distinctive character or the need to keep a mark free for the trade. In this case of course I try to refute the complaints at my best. If even that does not lead to success, still the classes of goods and services can be limited in order to get the trademark registered.
Please feel free to contact me if you want to register a trade mark: I can assure you that I will respect the confidentiality of your trademark. After clarifying your requirements I can make you an offer including my and the official fees.
In addition to trademark registrations in Germany, I can also manage international and European trademark applications or advise and represent you in such cases.
Trademark laws can also govern the right to a domain: I can also represent you in disputes on this matter or advise you on the registration of domain names.
